INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.
0 - 1.5 kg USA + rest of world USD $16 / UK £10
1.6 - 4.5 kg USA + rest of world USD $40 / UK £24
4.6 - 7.5 kg USA + rest of world USD $80 / UK £50
When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

ORDER & DELIVERY
Once you’ve placed an order you will receive a notification via email letting you know we have received this. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, we aim to get your order packed as quickly as we can - usually within 48 hours As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Kerala, India, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
Orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we have arranged for Fedex/UPS/DHL to deliver them to your doorstep. There may be additional duties or taxes that will be charged. However as as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility.
