Returns & Exchange Policy
Here at Cocopalm we are very proud of our products and hope that each and every one of you that wears Cocopalm will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We aim to please every customer with our consciously made swimwear. We are confident that with your careful consideration of our size guide you will purchase a piece that is the correct fit.
All sales (including discounted and promotional items) at Cocopalm are final and no refunds are possible.
We have a limited and curated collection, which means cancelling,exchanging and returning is not always possible. However, in case of a genuine size exchange we will try to accommodate where possible. We understand that buying swimwear items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to email@example.com for guidance or review our size guide before you commit to purchasing anything.
If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we shall provide you with a store credit but not a refund.
If you do need to exchange any items you can do so at any point within 7 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in their original state on receipt of returned item. (Hygiene liner intact and any tags intact). For reasons of hygiene, without a hygiene liner and all tags intact we are unable to accept your return and exchange the item.
If you would like to exchange then please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you a returns address. Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return.
It usually takes between 5-10 working dates from receipt of your returned parcel to process your exchange.
We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece is hand checked and lovingly packaged before being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com or call us on +91 9007937989 so that we can personally assist you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Cocopalm Swimwear will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your swimwear is faulty or been packed incorrectly.
